1.0 PATIENT AGREEMENT
By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, purchasing products, or undergoing treatment at DermAlign Skin & Laser Clinic,patients agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. The most current version shall be available upon request and on the Clinic website.
2.0 CONSULTATIONS
2.1 MANDATORY CONSULTATION

Patients must provide complete, accurate and truthful information regarding:
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Previous cosmetic procedures
- Existing medical conditions
- Recent sun exposure or tanning
The Clinic may refuse treatment where information is incomplete or where treatment may present an unacceptable clinical risk.
2.3 CLINICAL DECISION
The practitioner's clinical decision is final.
- The Clinic is under no obligation to provide treatment if it is considered inappropriate, unsafe, medically contraindicated, or unlikely to achieve a reasonable outcome.
3.0 CONSENT TO TREATMENT
Patients acknowledge that:
- Cosmetic and laser treatments involve risks.
- No guarantees can be given regarding outcomes.
- Results vary between individuals.
- Additional treatments may be required.
- Improvement rather than perfection is the objective.
Written informed consent must be obtained before treatment. Consent may be withdrawn at any time prior to the commencement of treatment.
